Pack and Send provided an excellent service even though my goods were relatively small, and to Alice Springs, which is an out-of-the-way destination. They collected promptly, packaged my goods really well, and followed up with calls and emails until the goods reached their destination safely. I would definitely use them again if the need arose.

I arranged a courier on the 19th of NOV 2024. Quoted and paid. The courier did not pick up the item, so I arranged for the seller to drop the item off at the depot. The package also arrived late & in poor condition. 3 months later, I received an additional charge of $49.57. Without explanation. I have been contacting Pack and send for the specifics and to outline a complaints process, they are unable to tell me what the charges is specifically for and their complaints process requires a photo of the package, which is clearly unavailable after 3 months. I am requesting a refund and they are refusing. Painful and difficult, quoting their Ts & C's to charge customers illegitimate charges that they can't explain.

I got a quote from DHL for $160 and from Pack & Send for the same package a quote of $60 and the overseas package arrived exactly on time. Yay!

Pack & Send Fyshwick were great to deal with, but the warranty system is terrible, I still have to pay for their delivery service, and now I will have to pay an extra $1,420 to get the item they admit to damaging, to be repaired.

Marcio did an amazing job of getting 2 huge boxes shipped to the usa despite the amount of paperwork required to be filled out before shipping. The boxes arrived at their destination within 3 days. I was amazed how quickly they arrived and the updates on the boxes journey from door to door. Would not hesitate to use this business again.
